Alex Lamond
Dietitian
Having completed a Masters in Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Sydney, Alex’s focus is to help people feel good without having to sacrifice the foods they love.
Alex believes nutrition should never be about taking things away or restricting, but instead should be about finding what you can add.
Alex has worked with hundreds of individuals to help improve their health, lose weight, improve their gut health, and help manage cholesterol, diabetes, gout, and high blood pressure.

Although there are periods where having more food freedom is preferred, we can provide a meal plan for an addition fee!
Just select that you’d like a meal plan when you make you’re booking.

As all of our team are Registered Dietitians, you will be able to claim back on any consultation.

Initial consultations are 60 minutes and reviews are 30 minutes.

Absolutely! If your GP has provided you with a care plan, you’ll be able to claim back with your invoice online.
Please keep in mind your care plan may not cover the entirety of the consultation fee.

Yes, we want you to be able to still enjoy eating out with friends and family.
You shouldn’t have to sacrifice your lifestyle just to improve your diet. That’s why we tailor our recommendations to you in a way which doesn’t restrict you.
