As Dietitians, our team can work with any client looking to improve metabolic factors such as high blood pressure, cholesterol, or diabetes.

We want to make sure you get to the point where you don’t need us anymore. We ask for a 3 month commitment, but after that it’s up to you!

Having completed a Masters in Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Sydney, Alex’s focus is to help people unlock their edge without having to sacrifice the foods they love.
Alex has worked with hundreds of athletes to help improve their performance, manage body composition, and improve their health.
Alex has worked directly with Olympians, National Champions, and Professional Athletes across many sports.
