  • Absolutely! Everything we do is tailored towards you. No matter what level you compete at, what you have available to you, or what your preferences are, our role is to make sure you get the same expert nutrition as the Professionals.

  • Absolutely! Our team has experience working with everyone, including those looking to just improve their nutrition.

    As Dietitians, our team can work with any client looking to improve metabolic factors such as high blood pressure, cholesterol, or diabetes.

  • Although there are periods where having more food freedom is preferred, every initial consultation will also come with a meal plan customised to your goals

  • The earlier you get on top of your nutrition, the better it will be for your performance!

    As a rule of thumb for camps, the ideal amount of time is 8 weeks, however, we can also accomodate for shorter time periods if needed.

  • Yes. Because hormonal changes can lead to additional water retention, some traditional weight cutting principles can be extremely dangerous for Females.

    We always make sure to track weight changes during your cycle as well as change our weight cutting practices to make sure you are making weight safely.

  • As all of our team are Registered Dietitians, you will be able to claim back on any consultation or fight camp

  • Initial consultations are 60 minutes and reviews are 30 minutes.
